About Us
Hello, I'm Fay.
My counselling style is grounded in trust, empathy and support, helping you explore your experiences at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
No pressure… just understanding and support.
I understand that reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step, especially if it is your first time speaking to someone about how you are feeling.
My aim is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported and free to talk openly without fear of judgement. When people feel truly heard and understood, meaningful change becomes possible.
I hold a Level 4 Diploma in Counselling and work with adults aged 18 and over.
I am trained in three therapeutic approaches and use a blended counselling approach, drawing from different techniques to support each individual client. We are all unique, and therapy should never be one size fits all.
How I Work
I believe counselling works best when it is tailored to the individual.
Using a blended therapeutic approach, I adapt our sessions to suit your needs, experiences and goals.
Together we can explore what you are experiencing, gain clarity around your thoughts and emotions, and work towards meaningful change.
My role is not to tell you what to do, but to support you in developing the confidence, understanding and tools needed to navigate life in a way that feels right for you.

If you are interested in counselling for anxiety, depression support, trauma counselling, relationship therapy or grief counselling, we can explore together how therapy may support you.
For counselling to be effective, it is important that you find the right therapist for you.
That is why I offer a free 30 minute consultation, allowing you the opportunity to get a feel for me and decide whether you think I may be the right person to work with.
After this consultation, you are not tied into sessions.
Finding The Right Therapist
Your first full session will be paid for, however if after this session you decide I am not the right therapist for you, I will happily help recommend alternative therapists who may be a better fit.
My clients are my priority, and I want counselling to feel supportive, safe and impactful for every person I work with.
